Terms

Terms of Service

Last updated 29 October 2026

By using sumex.games or Sumex Studio you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The website

• sumex.games shows information about Sumex and our games. Numbers on it come from Roblox and may be a little out of date.
• The Sumex name, logo, game art and site content belong to Sumex. Please don't copy them or pass them off as your own.

Our games

• Our games are played on Roblox, so the Roblox Terms of Use apply when you play them and when you buy anything in them.
• We may update, change or remove game features at any time.

Sumex Studio

• Sumex Studio (studio.sumex.games) is a private tool for the Sumex team. Only accounts we've allowed can use it.
• Don't try to get around the login or access data that isn't yours.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep everything working, but the site, the tools and the games are provided as they are, without guarantees, and we aren't liable for losses from using them, as far as the law allows.

Questions
